MCA Vide Notification No. G.S.R.___(E) on Friday, 23rd March,2018 have issued Companies(Incorporation) Second Amendment Rules, 2018 to amend Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 wherein Rule 9 i.e. Reservation of Name is substituted and in the Annexure thereof Form RUN is Substituted.
