MCA vide Notification No. G.S.R.__(E) on Tuesday,10th April, 2018 have issued the Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) Amendment Rules, 2018 to amend the Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) Rules, 2014 wherein, sub-rule (3) of rule shall be substituted.
