MCA vide Notification No. G.S.R._(E) on Tuesday, 13th November, 2018 has issued the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2018 to amend the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017, wherein; amendments are made in Rule 1, Rule 3, Rule 4, Rule 10, Rule 11, Rule 12 and Annexure IV to the said rules shall be substituted.
