MCA Vide Notification No. S.O. 896(E) on Tuesday, 18th September, 2018 has issued Limited Liability Partnership(Second Amendment) Rules, 2018 to amend the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009 wherein;
- In Rule 3, after sub-rule (2), sub-rule (3) shall be inserted;
- In Rule 8, in the proviso, for the word and figure “Form 2” ‘ the word and letters “Form FiLLip” shall be substituted;
- Rule 11 shall be substituted;
- In Rule 13, for the word and figure “Form 2” ‘ the word and letters “Form FiLLip” shall be substituted;
- In Rule 18, in sub-rule (2), clause (viii) and clause (xiv) shall be omitted and sub-rule (5) shall be substituted.
- Form 1, Form 2, Form 5, Form 16, Form 17, Form 18 and Form 19 shall be substituted.
These Rules shall come into force w.e.f. 2nd October, 2018.
