MCA vide public Notice No. ROC/WB/LLP/S.-75lF-24lPublic Notice12 dated 11.12.2018 has intimated that 147 LLPs names of which are annexed thereto, have applied under Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, to strike off their names from the Register of the Office of the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. Therefore, the objections from any person in this matter shall be submitted alongwith copies of the relevant documents to the Office of the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal, within 1 month from publication of this notice.
