MCA vide circular no. 37 dated 09/11/2020 has extended the date on applicability of the scheme wherein, the defaulting LLP’s will be now permitted to file their belated documents, which were due for filing till 30th November, 2020. Further, if statement of account and solvency for the financial year 2019-2020 has been signed beyond the period of 6 months from the end of financial year, being not later than 30th November, 2020, it will not be deemed as non-compliance.
