MCA on 17th February, 2016, Wednesday has issued Notice inviting comments on the draft Companies (Authorised to Registered) Amendment Rules 2016 posted on its website.
The MCA has invited suggestions/comments on the same along with justification in brief; which are to be given latest by 2nd March, 2016 at the email id: conv.firm@mca.gov.in. The sender should clearly indicate the name, Telephone number and address in the following format:
