MCA on 9th February, 2016, Tuesday has issued Notice inviting comments on the draft revised Schedule III to the Companies Act, 2013.
The MCA has invited suggestions/comments on the same along with justification in brief; which are to be given latest by 23rd February, 2016 at the email id: sch3@mca.gov.in. The sender should clearly indicate the name, Telephone number and address in the following format:
