The Ministry of Law and Justice has notified the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 on 3rd January 2018. The Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 is intended at making certain amendments to the Companies Act, 2013.
The act was received the assent of the President on 3rd January, 2018 shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
