MCA vide Notification No. G.S.R. ____ (E)., dated 6th May, 2016, has came out with the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Amendment Rules, 2016, by which Form No. GNL-1 and GNL-4 have been substituted with the new Forms as provided in these Amendment Rules.
Forms GNL-1 and GNL-4 are likely to be available on MCA21 Company Forms Page w.e.f 12th May, 2016.
