NCLT vide order no. 25/2/2016 dated 19.07.2016, in exercise of powers conferred in first proviso in Section 419(3), matters related to under mentioned provisions are hereby assigned to the Principal Bench, New Delhi. Also, if these matters are filed before other benches, it shall immediately transferred to Principal Bench, New Delhi. These provisions are:
- Section 245: Class action
- Section 397 to 393: Application of Act to Foreign Companies
- Section 394: Annual Reports of Government Companies
