BSE vide Circular no. DCS/COMP/20/2016-17 on Wednesday, 18th January, 2017 with regard to mandatory filing of information with the Exchange in electronic mode, it had previously mandated filing of SHP & Corporate Governance Report in XBRL mode. Accordingly, it has now been decided that filing of Voting Results under Regulation 44 of LODR have to be made in XBRL Mode only w.e.f. 30th January, 2017 and hence filing in any other mode will not be considered as submission.
