SEBI on Wednesday the, 02nd December, 2015 issued a Discussion Paper on Review of Framework for Public Issuance of Convertible Securities for Public Comments.

The Comments are to reach SEBI latest by 18th December, 2015

The said comments can also be send on the following email id of ICSI i.e. khusbu.mohanty@icsi.edu; which shall be then forwarded by ICSI to SEBI.
