Regulation 27(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, requires a listed entity to submit a quarterly compliance report on corporate governance in the format specified by the Board from time to time to Recognised Stock Exchange(s) within 15 days from close of the quarter.

SEBI in accordance with the above have now issued Formats of Compliance Report on Corporate Governance to be submitted by the Company: Quarterly, Half Yearly (i.e. along with the report of 2nd Quarter) & Annual (i.e. for the Whole Year)
