SEBI on Tuesday, the 27th day of October, 2015 issued the Seventh Amendment to the ICDR Regulations, whereby ommitting the words “of the memorandum prescribed under sub-section (3) of section 56 of the Companies Act,
1956 and additional disclosures” & Substituting Schedule VII in Part D  with the New set of disclosures in the Abridged Prospectus.
