MCA Vide Notification No-G.S.R. ____(E) on Tuesday, 30th April, 2019 has issued Companies (Registration of Charges)
Amendment Rules, 2019 to amend the Companies (Registration of Charges) Rules 2014 wherein;
- In rule 3, sub-rule (1) and (2) shall be substituted;
- Rule 4 shall be substituted and the new rule 4 pertains to “Application to Registrar”;
- Rule 12 shall be substituted and the new rule 12 pertains to “Rectification in register of charges on account of omission or misstatement of particulars in charge previously recorded and extension of time in filing of satisfaction of charge” and;
- Form CHG-1, CHG-8 and CHG-9 shall be substituted with effect from 1st August, 2019.
