In continuation to Circular No. 03/2016 dt. 12/04/2016, MCA vide Circular No. 06/2016 on Monday, the 16th May, 2016, has decided to extend the period for relaxation of additional fee payable on e-forms which are due for filing by Companies between 25/03/2016 upto 31/05/2016 and last date for filing such documents without additional filing fees up to 10/06/2016.
