MCA have on Tuesday, 06th February, 2018 issued Corrigendum to Order of constitution of Insolvency Law Committee. This corrigendum is with reference to the MCA order dated 16th November, 2017 issued for constitution of Insolvency law committee under the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
This corrigendum is issued in order to rectify an inadvertent error in Para 6 which reads as – “The Committee shall submit its recommendation within two months from its first meeting”.
The error is to be rectified and the revised para 6 shall now be read as – “The Committee shall submit its recommendation within three months from its first meeting”.
