MCA vide Notification No. G.S.R._(E) on Thursday, 11th October, 2018 has made amendments to Schedule III of the Companies Amendment Act, 2013 wherein; various amendments are made under:-
- Division Ie. Financial Statements for a company whose Financial Statements are required to comply with the Companies (Accounting Standards) Rules, 2006;
- Division II e. Financial Statements for a company whose financial statements are drawn up in compliance of the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015;
- And after Division II and the entries relating thereto, Division III shall be inserted which pertains to Financial Statements for a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) whose financial statements are drawn up in compliance of the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015.
