MCA vide Notification No- G.S.R 377(E) dated 22.05.2019 has issued National Financial Reporting Authority (Meeting for Transaction of Business) Rules, 2019 wherein; various definitions has been provided under rule 2 and these rules are related to the Meetings of the Authority and procedure involved thereof.
