Vide MCA Notification No. GSR.749(E) on 30^th September, 2019 issued Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Fifth Amendment Rules, 2019 which will come into force from 1^st October,2019,2019 to further amend Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014 wherein:-

• Since, due date for submitting e-form DIR-3 KYC or web form DIR-3 KYC-WEB has been extended from 30^th September to 14^th October for the financial year ending on 31^st  March,2019,  no fee shall be payable in this regard till 14th October, 2019.
