MCA Vide Notification No. GSR.750(E) on 30^th September, 2019 issued Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2019 which will come into force from 1^st October,2019 to further amend Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014 wherein:-

• Due date for submitting e-form DIR-3 KYC or web form DIR-3 KYC-WEB, has been extended from 30^th September to 14^th October for the financial year ending on 31^st March,2019.
