The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, on Friday, the 12th February, 2016, have issued draft revised Secretarial Standards; i.e. Secretarial Standards on Meetings of Board (SS-1) & Secretarial Standards on General Meeting (SS-2).
The Institute has also invited comments/suggestions of the stakeholders on the same; which are to be given on or before 26/02/2016 at the email id: ssb@icsi.edu with a cc to ccgrt.ssb@gmail.com; in the following format:
