The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), on Tuesday, the 16th February, 2016, have posted on it’s website Recommendations & Representations on Company Law Committee Report 2016. In this regard ICSI had invited comments from individually as well as through the meetings of the members held at various chapters/ regional councils of the institute. The Comments / suggestions were deliberated by a core group and finally by the councils at a special Meetings of the council of ICSI held on 10th February, 2016.
