MCA vide notification no. S.O. 1935(E) dated 01.06.2016, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 419 of the Companies Act, 2013, has constituted the Benches of the National Company Law Tribunal in different locations  to exercise the jurisdiction over the area stated in said notification.
