MCA vide notification no. S.O. ______(E) dated 01.06.2016in exercise of the powers conferred by section 434 (1) (a) of the Companies Act, 2013,the Central Government appointed 01.06.2016, on which all matters or proceedings pending before Company Law Board shall stand transfer to National Company Law Tribunal.
