In continuation to Circular No. 12/2016 dt. 27.10.2016, MCA vide Circular No. 14/2016 on Wednesday dt. 7^th December, 2016, has decided to relax the additional fee payable on e-forms AOC-4, AOC-4 XBRL, AOC-4 CFS & MGT-7 upto 31^st December, 2016 for companies having registered office in the State of Jammu & Kashmir due to curfew/strikes and disturbance from past four months in the State.
