MCA vide General Circular No. 16/2016 on Monday, 26th December, 2016 stated that consequent to commencement of sections 248 to 252 of Companies Act, 2013 & relevant Rules w.r.t. Removal of Names of Companies from the Register of Companies, issued clarification that e-form STK-2 prescribed under said rules is under development & would be deployed in some time.
