MCA vide General Circular No. 05/2017 on Tuesday, 16th May, 2017 withdrawn with immediate effect the earlier Circular No. 03/2017 dt. 27.04.2017 regarding transfer of shares to IEPF Authority through special Demat Account with NSDL. MCA has also clarified that fresh instructions on the matter will be issued in due course of time.
