For the benefit of the Company users, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has planned to launch a new MCA21 portal, on 27th March 2016. For facilitating this new portal’s implementation, the offline payment methods – Challan, NEFT, Pay Later – will be disabled for Company services with effective from Saturday, 19th March 2016.
In view of the above, the MCA has advised to the Stakeholders to make use of online payment methods until the new portal is launched.
