Hon’ble Minister of Finance, Corporate Affairs and Information & Broadcasting Shri Arun Jaitley has on 16th March, 2016 has introduced in the Lok Sabha, a bill to further amend the Companies Act, 2013, i.e. The Companies (Amendment) bill 2016, vide bill no. 73 of 2016.
