MCA has informed stakeholders that Form DIR-3, SPICe , DPT-3, MGT-6, MGT-15, MGT-14, ADT-1, ADT-2, SH-7 and URC-1 are likely to be revised on MCA21 Company Forms Download page w.e.f 17^th Feb, 2018. Stakeholders are advised to check the latest version before filing.
