MCA Vide its Notification No. G.S.R.213(E) on Thursday,8th March,2018 issued the Companies (Filing of Documents and Forms in Extensible Business Reporting Language) Amendment Rules,2018 to amend the Companies (Filing of Documents and Forms in Extensible Business Reporting Language) Rules,2015 wherein, Rule 3 is numbered as sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 and sub-rule(2) and sub-rule(3) shall be inserted to Rule 3.
