MCA vide Notice on Friday, 2nd September, 2016, stated that Company e-forms DIR-3, INC-2, SH-11, CHG-4, and INC-4 have been revised w.e.f. 2nd September, 2016 on MCA21 Company Forms page.
It is advised to download the latest version before filing.
