MCA vide Notice on Tuesday, 6^th September, 2016, stated that LLP e-forms Form 4, Form 5 & Form 8 are likely to be revised w.e.f. 8^th September, 2016 on MCA21 LLP Forms Download page.

Further, it is also informed that IEPF Forms are likely to be available on IEPF Portal w.e.f. 7^th September, 2016.

It is advised to plan accordingly.
