Central Government, vide MCA Notification No. S.O. 2866(E) dt. 5th September, 2016 notified provisions of Section 124 and sub-sections (1) to (4), (6) [with respect to the manner of administration of the Investor Education and Protection Fund] and (8) to (11) of Section 125 of the Companies Act, 2013 shall come into force w.e.f. 7th September, 2016.
