MCA vide notice on Wednesday, 6th September, 2017 stated that e-Forms DIR-12, DIR-6 and INC-24 will be revised w.e.f. 8th September, 2017. The same shall be available on MCA21 Company Forms Download page.
It is advised to download the latest version before filing.
