MCA vide Notice on Wednesday, 12^th October, 2016, intimated that ‘Integrated Incorporation Form INC-29’ will be withdrawn & no longer be available on MCA21 portal w.e.f. 1^st November, 2016 and also previously downloaded Form cannot be filed from this date.

Thus, it is advised to plan accordingly and use SPICe, INC-2 or INC-7 for Incorporation as applicable.
