MCA vide Notice on Saturday, 21st January, 2017, with reference to the previous Notice on 18.01.2017, it has now been stated that the date for roll-out of New version of e-Form SPICe (INC-32) with functionality of applying for Company PAN and TAN is being revised and will be communicated shortly.
Therefore, incorporation application can be made in existing version of SPICe till further communication by MCA.
Also, Form INC-7 is revised w.e.f. 21st January, 2017 on MCA21 Forms page. It is advised to download the latest version before filing.
