MCA vide Notice on Wednesday, 25^th January, 2017, with reference to the previous Notice on 21.01.2017, new version of Form SPICe (INC-32) with date of effect as 30^th January 2017 will be notified soon and will be available for download & making fresh incorporation application w.e.f. 1^st February, 2017.

Also, Filing of SPICe will NOT be permitted from 28^th January, 2017 until 31^st January, 2017.
