MCA vide Notice on Monday, 22nd August, 2016, stated that Company e-forms AOC-4, AOC-4 CFS, DIR-12, FC-2 and MGT-15 are likely to be revised w.e.f. 24th August, 2016 on MCA21 Company Forms page.
