MCA vide its Notification dt. 7th November, 2016 G S R (E). —In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 396,398,399, 403 and 404 read with sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 amended the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Second Amendment Rules, 2014 and same shall came into effect from the date of its publication in Official Gazette.
