MCA vide Notice dt. Wednesday, 19^th October, 2016, stated that Company e-forms Forms CHG-8, AOC-4 & 20B are likely to be revised w.e.f. 22^nd October, 2016 on MCA21 Company Forms page.

Also, LLP Form 3 & Form 4 are likely to be revised w.e.f. 20^th October, 2016 on MCA21 LLP Forms page.
