MCA vide Notification No. S.O. 945(E) on Thursday, 23rd March, 2017 Central Government, with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, has been designated as Special Court for the purpose of speedy trial of offences punishable with imprisonment of 2 years or more under Companies Act, 2013 in the jurisdiction of:
- Special Court for trial of Economic Offences-cum-VIII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge Court-cum-XXII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad shall exercise the Jurisdiction as Special Court in respect of State of Telangana.
- Court of IV Additional District Judge-cum-II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam shall exercise the Jurisdiction as Special Court in respect of State of Andhra Pradesh.
