MCA vide Notice on Wednesday, 29th March, 2017, stated that e-forms Form CHG-1, CHG-4 & CHG-9 are likely to be revised w.e.f. 10th April, 2017 on MCA21 Forms page wherein certain declarations and filed level changes have been incorporated to include following details:
- Ranking of charges,
- Particulars of the principal terms and conditions of the charge,
- Particulars of the property or asset(s) charged (including complete address and location of the property),
- Description of document by which the borrower/third party acquired the title etc.
It is advised to check the latest version before filing.
