MCA vide its notification No. S.O. 2751 (E). dt. 24.08.2017, the Central Government vide powers conferred on it vide Section 3(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, has appointed the 24th day of August,2O17 as the date on which the provisions of sub-sections (8), (9) and sub-section (10) of section 212 of the said Act shall come into force.
