MCA vide Notification No. G.S.R. 308(E) on Thursday, 30th March, 2017 notified amendment in Schedule III of the Act which shall come into force from the date of publication in Official Gazette i.e. 30th March 2017.
Vide said notification following new clauses has been inserted:
- Clause ‘X’ in Division I Part I under heading ‘General instructions for preparation of Balance Sheet’ in paragraph 6; and
- Clause ‘K’ in Division II Part I under heading ‘General instructions for preparation of Balance Sheet’ in paragraph 6.
The said clauses require every Company to disclose details of Specified Bank Notes (SBN) held and transacted during the period 08.11.2016 to 30.12.2016.
