MCA vide its Notification No. G.S.R. 396(E) dated 23.06.2020 issued Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Third Amendment Rules, 2020 thereby further extending the last date for registration of details of Independent Directors in the Independent Director Data Bank for further three months i.e. ten months from December 1, 2019. The revised last date for the same is 31^st October, 2020.
