MCA vide Notification No- G.S.R 466 (E) on Monday 1st July, 2019 has issued Companies (Significant Beneficial Owners) Second Amendment Rules, 2019 to amend the Companies (Significant Beneficial Owners) Rules, 2018 wherein; Form BEN-2 shall be substituted.
