MCA Vide Notification No. S.O. 2269 (E) on Monday 1st July, 2019 appoints 15th August, 2019 as the date on which the provisions of Section 81 of Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 i.e. Section 406 of Companies Act, 2013 which pertains to Power to Modify Act in its Application to Nidhis, shall come into force.
